Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy was born in the year 1962. She is a famous American actor. Her film debut was during the 1983 film Bad Boys she became known for her role in the Brat Pack of actors and starred as a character in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) as well as Short Circuit (1986). Her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (2000) won her the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actress. Ally Sheedy has been an American writer and actor for more than 20 years. In the early 80s, she started her career as a film actress with the thriller film Bad Boys. She was well-received for this film. In the film, which was directed by Rick Rosenthal, other well-known actors such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown, and Alan Ruck also appeared. After her breakthrough with her debut film, she also appeared in the comedy drama The Breakfast Club. The film by John Hughes called The Breakfast Club is considered as one of most memorable films of high school cinema. The film was made for only $1,000,000 but it grossed over 50 million dollars. In the course of appearing on CBS Schoolbreak, which was also her debut on television. It was a show for teenagers and first aired in April 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are some of the other shows on which she's appeared. A few of her most recent appearances include Little Sister and X-Men Apocalypse an action film featuring the superhero X-Men that she appears in as a cameo. Sheedy has been awarded numerous times for her stellar performances which include an award from the MTV Movie Award Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
