Patridge appeared on several occasions in Mad TV as well as Do Not Disturb. As of August 2008, she was cast to play Megan as Megan in Sorority Row. The film took place between October 2008 and the beginning of 2009, with the premiere date on September 11, 2009. Patridge has been featured in Carl's Jr. ads from in 2009, 2010 and in 2012. Patridge denied rumors that she'd play a role modeled after her Hills costar Lauren Conrad when the film L.A. Candy based Conrad's novel came out.
